12:30-1:30 p.m.: Lunch on your own at local restaurants
1:30-2:45 p.m.: “The Wisdom of Columbia County,” setting poems to music, Dr. Margaret Trenchard-Smith, Kevin Bryant Lay
3-4 p.m.: Walking Tour of Raymond Carver Mural, Clatskanie Library Raymond Carver Display, Park Sculpture, Carver Memorabilia at “The Castle” - led by Jeremy Furnish & Amanda Garrett
4:30 p.m.: Presentation of Poetry Contest Winners, Birkenfeld Theatre, CCC
7 p.m.: MOVIE: “BIRDMAN or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance,” 2015 Academy Award winner for Best Picture, Best Directing, Best Cinematography, Best Writing (Original Screenplay), based on the works of Raymond Carver. Rated R. CCC Birkenfeld Theatre
